1.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a ltte sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity .
2.How long is lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2- 3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
3.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
4. What format of the file do you need if | want my own design?
you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique .
5. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors.
