Q: How I can get free sample?A: Give us your idea or you choose our model, the sample will be ready within 3 working days. The sample can be free if you place bulk order, but the freight will be charged on you.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied with the sample about material, style or color?
A: We will remake a new sample according to your requirements. The freight will be charged on you.
Q: What if color differences exist between sample and mass production?A: Color difference is normal between different batches of material, printing or metal logo. Our QC will strictly check the difference before mass production to make sure the difference is acceptable.
Q: How fast can i get the quotation?
A: Usually we providing quotes to you within 12 hours after get your inquiry. If your need the price in a hurry,please let us know,then we'll go as fast as we can to offer price to you.
Q:What information do I need to provide for you to inquiry price?
A:Product material, size, color,quantity and is it need logo printing if yes what is logo color? Or other special requests? More information can help us calculate more accurate prices.
Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Q: Can you make my designs?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM is welcome, please feel free to send us pictures. If necessary, we can keep your design be protected under law.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Ordinary is 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
